Episode 01: Akai Wiener to Tamagoyaki (Fried Weiner and Sweet Rolled Omelet)

Marilyn: Men have to be good with their fingers.

Komichi: Sushi restaurants serve tamagoyaki (sweet rolled omelet). Soba restaurants serve dashimaki (soup stok rolled omelet).

Master: Kosuzu, would you like some fried weiner?
Kosuzu: No. They’re only delicious if I take them from Ryu’s plate.
Master: Ryu said the same thing (about sweet rolled omelet).

Kosuzu: You’re always quick to fall in love, and quick to fall out of it. You’ll never find a good man that way.

Kosuzu: (To make tamagoyaki or sweet rolled omelet), lightly scramble the eggs in the frying pan for a fluffier omelet. Roll the omelet towards you. Move the omelet to one side before starting the next layer. Pop the bubbles that appear with your chopsticks.
