SYNOPSIS
Kang Mi Rae is a very insecure person because mean people have bullied her all throughout her childhood for her lack of attractiveness. Kang Mi Rae got a complete makeover through plastic surgery the summer before she enters college.
Mi Rae was considered as one of the prettiest freshmen in university, although it seemed obvious that she got plastic surgery and she looked older than most of her classmates. Although she is already pretty, Mi Rae still feels insecure about herself.

Kang Mi Rae was quite miserable because of how she ugly she looks. I think it's quite brave of her to go under the knife and changed what she could considering that she thought she would be happy if she has a different face.
Mi Rae was quite preoccupied with her own troubles that she's clueless about how everyone has a lot of insecurities about everything; their beauty, their intelligence, their family, their wealth, and the list goes on. It is even often said that the most beautiful people are the most insecure about their beauty, even though they are better off in that aspect than other people.
