SYNOPSIS
嵐 - I SeekSamejima Reiji is a successful 34-year-old businessman. He is the successor of a traditional Japanese inn, and he has expanded the family business in the hotel industry. Although Reiji is extraordinarily capable in business, his arrogant nature and childish character gets in the way of forming lasting romantic relationships.
Reiji is fascinated by Shibayama Misaki, a recent hire in his company who has an independent nature and mysterious character. Reiji wants to date Misaki, but he is thoroughly clueless about dealing with women...
REVIEW
Sekai Ichi Muzukashī Koi is an interesting drama about a serious person who can't form relationships with other people. Samejima Reiji is set on doing his own things, and it sometimes gets in the way of relating well with others.
I haven't really enjoyed watching the drama, mainly because it's a drama centered on romance and I just can't relate with the character Shibayama Misaki, but its more because I don't like the actress who portrays her. I'd probably have a different opinion if Misaki is played by another actress.
Sekai Ichi Muzukashī Koi is still a fun drama though, if you focus on the other characters and their relationships. Sometimes, I wish Misaki had less screen time in favor of the supporting characters, though it can't really happen since Misaki is a lead character, of course.
