SYNOPSIS
Satomi Shinobu and Inokuma Yuki are police detectives who work as partners in the mobile investigation unit; they are the first to rush to the scene of the crime and they do the initial investigation.
Shinobu and Yuki are also lovers who keep their personal relationship a secret from their colleagues. When their superiors find out that they are dating and living together, they will be assigned to different teams.
They encounter a mysterious beautiful woman named Tachibana Kara during one of their investigations.Thereafter, murder cases occur one after the other and Kara seems to be connected to the people involved in the cases, sometimes the victims and sometimes the suspects.
REVIEW
Siren is an interesting drama about police detectives who are partners in their professional lives and in their personal lives. Satomi Shinobu and Inokuma Yuki probably got to know each other better as they worked together over time, and they liked each other enough to defy the rule in their workplace that colleagues in the same department shouldn't get personally involved with each other.
