Basketball mo Koi mo, Shiteitai is a short drama about being passionate about doing what you love, sometimes doing what you love in ingenious ways that you wouldn't think of before.
Tsuchiya Tomomitsu loves basketball but he's not a very good player. I understand how frustrating it is when you love something but you're not very good at it so it's not very realistic to pursue it as a career. In a way, you can't help but be envious of people who are quite talented in fields that they love and can actually pursue it as a profession.
But I suppose it's important to remember that even if you couldn't achieve your dreams in the most obvious ways, there are ingenious ways to still do whatever it is that you love. In Tomomitsu's case, be became a coach for the local children's team.
