SYNOPSIS
Fujī Shuichi had a motorcycle accident four years ago, and he lost his memories during the year prior to the accident. He doesn't force himself to remember what he's forgotten because it only makes things more difficult for him.

When Shuichi's best friend Muto Keisuke (also known as Masu) gets married, Shuichi meets Sawamura Yoshimi, a close friend of the bride Ogawa Keiko (also known as Bach), at the wedding ceremony. Shuichi and Yoshimi talk about many things that day, and they agree to see each other.

Shuichi proposes to Yoshimi after a few weeks of dating. Yoshimi agrees to marry Shuichi but she asks for a trial period, where they live together for a year and see if they really want to spend the rest of their lives with each other.

REVIEW
100 Kai Naku Koto is about two people who had a past, but one person cannot remember their history and the other person doesn't think she should remind him what he had forgotten because they cannot really have a future together.

I thought the movie's cinematography was terrible because the scenes were dark and gloomy. Of course, that's probably because of the story, so I suppose I have to give it some consideration in that aspect.

I didn't like 100 Kai Naku Koto because the acting of the lead actors are awful. I don't think Okura Tadayoshi and Kiritani Mirei have the required skills to portray their characters Fujī Shuichi and Sawamura Yoshimi.

The movie has an interesting story, and it is based on a novel with the same title. I think it's better to just read the source material so you don't have to contend with the flaws of the film.
